With the dark cloud of a weak economy overhead, many people expected
attendance for the 2008 Expo to be a reflection of the times.
Instead, attendance was exceptional!
The official count of attendees for the 2008 Exposition was 4,817,
and the number of people attending the educational programs established
an all time record of 3,188! It seems that the desire to learn,
visit with exhibitors, and spend time with others in the door business
was high on the priority list for numbers of dealers from throughout the
world.
